FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
New to Freeze Dried Rose Petals? That's OK, we are more than happy to help you understand all about our products.
Are our petals biodegradable:
Yes! Our Rose Petals are grown on our farm in central Vic and are not treated with any chemicals, dyes or fragrances... Just real rose petals freeze dried. The freeze drying process enables the roses to keep their vibrant colors and shape without the issues of wilting, keeping refrigerated or staining making you wedding day a little less stressful.
Storage recommendations
Please keep your rose petals sealed until you are ready to use them. Do not store in the fridge or freezer but rather a dry dark cupboard inside thebox they arrive in to avoid crushing. They will last in this environment for at least 6 weeks. You may open your petals up the day before the wedding to prepare them into cones/bags etc without any issueof color fade or "wilting"
When should I order?
You may order at any time! If you intend to use your petals within 4 weeks we will post them within 48hours. Express orders are posted out generally within 24 hours. Orders for weddings can be placed up to 18 months in advance and will be posted out 4 weeks prior to your wedding/event day. Tracking can be provided for all parcels upon request.
Payment Options
We use Paypal for all orders placed through our website, however we also take credit card payment over the phone and can provide an invoice for direct deposit. Please call/email to discuss these options.
